How is homeshop18 review

Product code: 14janji. This payment for rs. Wide order no. One of its soucer pot was dented. Therefore I return this product very next day on aug via tnt pod no. Doww, as referred by homeshop18, noida. And I requested homeshop18 for replacement. My request no is: As per tnt pod this product reached to its destination on aug as per reference no As per home shop 18 they will replace the subject product within 96hours after they received the product back.

But there is no any replacement till dated. Please get my pan return as early as possible. I have seen the tv ad many times n ordered iball toto cctv camera on 22nd april. When the product got delivered to me i came to know that cctv camera works onli on specific range.

But in homeshop18 tv ad it was shown as camera is placed at home and other person is watching from her office. N cause onli i have ordered as i wanted to place at home so that i can watch from anywhere in mobile like they have shown in the ad.. Kindly resolve the issue i paid for such product.

I ordered a 52 piece set cookware it takes 2 weeks around and no status found then i called customer care for help they say you cancel your order the vendor is not available otherwise wait and i already paid the amount, the customer care said they will refund, I cancelled the product but my refund is not showing 50 times i called the customer but the number is not reached the company is not good if the product is not available then why they give such offers and if the customer already paid the amount then how you deal …its very bad experience I dont refer to any one home shop 18 site… Fake company please dont buy any product ….

I ordered a 72 pc Everwel Gold Dinner Set which included additional 2 Handis alongwith the lids and four serving bowls vide order No. This set was delivered to me on 2nd July, , but with dented and cut in the 2 steel Handis alongwith lids. Immediately, the customer care official of HS 18 was informed over telephone about the damaged set of Handis.

On 11th July, , HS 18 delivered the 2 new Handis but without lids. The service of HS 18 customer care official is very poor. It seems the official of HS 18 has not noted the details of the damaged product and without checking delivered the Handis.

I am regular viewer of all channels of Network 18 and liked the programmes on the important topics of public interest presented by them. Network 18 is a reputed channel group. Seeing their goodwill I opted for the first time to make purchases from Home Shop But It s very sad that the product and services provided are very poor compared to other Shopping outlets. I feel that the officials of customer care are of the view that only once the customer should purchase the product from HS 18 and not after.

I ordered Astaberry Festive special skin care combo on 23rd January and made an online payment of Rs. Customer care authorities are asking to wait for days again and again and not taking any required action. After waiting for one week I contacted them and they told they will track the product and ask me to send the bank statement of payment through mail.

Next they on homeshop18 site product was shown delivered and when I contact them they made me fool for next days by saying that we will solve this quickly. I contact them multiple times and they said wait fro 24 hr. Than I trace shipment by calling to dtdc and after tracking found that product was booked by name of some mr. Kushwaha and delivered to him. With this new detail when I contact them they told me they are placing new order for me and that will be delivered within 10 days.

After 5 days when I check status, order was not even shipped. Now neither they are returning my money nor they are shipping product. I ordered hcl med gaming console from homeshop18 on 05 oct and was told that none out of 2 colors blue and white shown on tv was available, instead only black color was available.

Though I wanted the blue, I immediately placed the order for the black color. On tv as well as on internet this product is shown as an express delivery product to be delivered within 48 hours. After waiting for more than 6 days I gave a call to homeshop18 and was told that no details is available.

My order arrived the next day evening that was close to 8 days and 4 times the time promised. When I opened the box it was not the black color but white color which I least wanted. Again I called and told all what has happened but they took all complaints delivery-time, game color very casually saying it all happens and they would take care of all the shortcomings from the next time onwards.

Incidentally it was my third not so pleasant experience with homehop I ordered the product-order number: [protected]- on 26th of september from this self proclaimed number one online shopping portal.

I received sms and email stating that the product would be delivered in seven days. On eighth day when I called the customer care people, I noticed that the product was still at their stores. I told them clearly that I want the product before 6th of october as I am leaving for some place on the said date. Since 8th day of purchase, I have been calling up the customer care people only to get pathetic responses.

I told them time and again that I have train on 6th of october, at first they told me that the product would be delivered before the said date.

I am surprised how can a site not own responsibility for any products they sell. Homeshop 18 is a website looking only to mint money without delivering quality.

We had to courier the product ourselves and pay for the courier from our pocket. We had to make 3 complaints about the same product. Again had to file a complaint, after which only the cable was received and the customer care executives refused to send the missing things or grant a refund. There are a lot of other websites offering better services and products. Worst experience, they took money and give us low category product.

They are cheater. Aise cheater se bacho, paise pure lete hai, product half dete hai, shameless. Home shop. Shop online for men, women and kids in India.
